Tropical paludarium in a family home

We completed a truly unique project for a private investor in Prague-Troja. The owner’s wish was to create an artificial rock and an artificial concrete tree inside a tropical paludarium, which forms part of the living room of a family home. The rock imitation we created includes a number of naturally shaped pockets designed for planting. A waterfall is also integrated into the artificial rock, with water flowing naturally down the surface and acoustically enhancing the realistic atmosphere of the entire space. Inside the paludarium, we also created an artificial tree using sprayed concrete technology. Together with the rock imitation, it gives the whole space a distinctive and immersive tropical atmosphere.
